Guide Real Estate: Social Media Design

Celebrating people well is its own kind of brand building, it turns a company's biggest wins into moments an audience actually wants to engage with. That's exactly what this six template campaign was built to do, giving a client an easy, repeatable way to celebrate new realtors, spotlight top performing agents, and highlight employee achievements without starting from scratch every time. Each template was designed to be visually engaging on its own, but built with real function underneath, simple enough for the team to update and customize content whenever a new milestone came along.

Social media design was the backbone of this project, and I treated consistency as a strategic tool, not just an aesthetic choice. A cohesive visual language across every template strengthened first impressions, reinforced brand recognition, and gave the audience a reason to actually stop and engage, not just scroll past. The result was more than a set of pretty templates, it was a system that elevated the client's credibility, built real audience loyalty, and gave the business a scalable way to celebrate its people while continuing to grow.

Guide Real Estate: Social Media Design

Fifty templates, one job: make every listing feel like the best one on the market. That was the challenge behind this social media campaign, built to give an entire team of realtors a fast, reliable way to advertise new listings, open houses, recent sales, and everything in between. I understood early on that the photography needed to be the star, so I built the system around a neutral color palette, one that never competed with the imagery, only elevated it.

Every template was tailored with real intention, not just visually polished, but engineered to flex across dozens of different properties while staying unmistakably on brand. The result was a cohesive, genuinely stunning campaign that did more than look good, it gave the company's realtors a scalable resource to market properties efficiently and consistently, turning fifty templates into a real competitive advantage in a crowded market.
